Laminex makes custom printed lanyards in styles to fit your marketing and security ID project. Our USA and Asia facilities produce lanyards in 3/8", 3/4" and 1" wide fabric styles. We offer eco friendly lanyard materials as green alternatives to standard polyester fabrics. Bamboo fabric is also offered for those wishing to wear a renewable lanyard fabric that contains no plastics whatsoever. Multiple attachment styles including safety breakaway clasps are available on all of our lanyards. Lanyard Printing methods include:
- Dye Sublimation Printing : Includes full color graphics, text & images on both sides.
- Screen Printing : Includes Pantone® PMS color matching using water-based inks (for eco friendly production)
- Pad Printing: Simple quick-print artwork can be applied to any lanyard order.
Our production facilities in South Carolina are tuned to produce your custom printed lanyard project as quickly and accurately as possible. Our designers and customer service team will work with you to design a lanyard that is comfortable, functional and beautiful. Our Dye Sublimated lanyards are produced in the USA. Our screen printed lanyards are printed in Asia and delivered to our USA facilities for final assembly and packaging for delivery to customers. For extremely large orders, we produce finished screen printed lanyards in our Taiwan partner facilities. These products are of the highest quality and they are typically available within 10-15 working days from proof approval.
