Located just to the south of the Charlotte, NC metro area, Laminex is a plastic Access Card and ID Badge manufacturer offering cards ranging from basic membership cards and key tags to leading-edge contactless SMART chip technology. Advanced security devices including Holograms, Micro and Optically Variable Printing, Bar Codes, Numbering, Magnetic Stripes, and Proximity can also be added to your card products as an extra guard against fraudulent reproduction.
Laminex is also a leading provider of Photo ID, Access Control, Time & Attendance, and Visitor Management Systems specially designed to meet your organization’s needs. We offer installation, training, and service on all our offerings. Laminex stocks and manufactures a complete line of badge accessories for the wearable ID card or credential. This line includes custom printed fabric lanyards, and vinyl products. Laminex also continues to be a leading provider of Laminators and protective film products for finishing of printed cards, posters, advertising banners, and many other graphic outputs.

From Greenville/Spartanburg, SC: Follow I-85N to North Carolina exit #31, I-485 East toward Pineville. Take 485 to I-77 Southbound. From I-77 take exit #90, Carowinds Blvd and turn right off the ramp. Go ~ 0.75 miles and turn left onto Pleasant Road. Laminex is located about 1/8 of a mile on the right. Approximate travel time: 2 hours
From Greensboro, NC: Follow I-85S to I-77S. From I-77 take exit #90, Carowinds Blvd and turn right off the ramp. Go ~ 0.75 miles and turn left onto Pleasant Road. Laminex is located about 1/8 of a mile on the right. Approximate travel time: 1.5 hours
From Statesville, NC: Take I-77 South and take exit #90, Carowinds Blvd and turn right off the ramp. Go ~ 0.75 miles and turn left onto Pleasant Road. Laminex is located about 1/8 of a mile on the right. Approximate travel time: 1 hour.
